The Grad List is posted on the Grad bulletin board outside of the library and on Schoolzone (list indicates: school fees paid, 90% attendance, potential to earn 100 credits in 2010-11 school year, and library fines/overdues).

NOTE: Fees are approximate - to be confirmed once prices have been established for halls and rentals.

DAY OF GRAD:

12:30 - Gowns will be available outside Hall C – Shaw Conference Centre

2:00 - Hall C opens for family and friends to choose seating

3:00 - Grads line up outside Hall C (3 lines: A – G, H – O, P – Z)

3:30 - Commencement ceremony begins – grads enter Hall C

5:30 - (approx) end of ceremony – RETURN GOWN AND COLOURED STOLE

 to table outside Hall C & pick up group photo keepsake (keep your cap)

6:00 - Doors to Hall D Shaw Conference Centre open for the banquet (guests be seated)

6:00 - GRADS LINE UP OUTSIDE HALL D for promenade into the banquet hall.

          Promenade and gather on dance floor then be seated with friends & families.

6:30 - (or as close as possible) - Dinner service

 Graduation Day, June 29:
Shaw Conference Centre
            1:30 - 3:00 - pick up gowns (outside Hall C)
            3:30 - Commencement (Hall C)
            5:00 - return gowns (outside Hall C)
            6:00 - Banquet room doors open (Hall D)

Dinner service at approximately 6:30 pm
