Important Dates:

· November 25 – 29

· Graduation Rings on sale outside Main Office (Jostens and Intergold).

· End of November/Early December:

· Confirmation of credits – Alberta Education confirmation of credits you have earned.

· Late January/Early February:

· 90% attendance, credit checks, fees paid lists posted.

· March 3

· MADD presentation to Grade 12 students in the gym.

· March 16, 17, and April 21 (lunch time)

· Pay $50 commencement fees – Includes tickets for 2 guests & gown measurements
· Extra tickets are available for additional guests – $5 each (available up to grad date)

· March 23, 24, 25, 26

· Photo sittings with Lifetouch
(sitting fee payable to Lifetouch due on the day of your photo sitting)

· April 23 – 24

· Book for photo retakes if needed

· April 28 – 29

· Photo Retakes

· May 12 – 21

· Sale of banquet tickets
(approx. $55 each – final price will depend upon any fundraising efforts made by graduating class)

· May 28 – 29

· Last chance to buy banquet tickets

· June 29: Shaw Conference Centre

· 2:00pm to 3:15pm – Pick up gowns (outside Hall C)
· 3:30pm – Commencement (Hall C)
· 4:30pm – Return gowns (outside Hall C)
· 6:00pm – Banquet room doors open (Hall D)
· 6:30pm – Dinner service

Fundraising:

Students & parents interested in doing fundraising should approach Mrs. Jorgensen with ideas. Mrs. Jorgensen will be the teacher sponsor and provide forms necessary to get approval from principal for your fundraising activities.

* Note – all outstanding school fees must be paid in full. $50 includes 2 tickets for guests (graduate does not need a ticket)
